Account Manager

The Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Oxnard, CA, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role manages day-to-day relationships with clients, galleries, and partners, ensuring timely communication, alignment on expectations, and high levels of satisfaction. The Account Manager will oversee the order lifecycle, coordinate production and delivery timelines, and resolve issues related to artwork, SYNOGRAPH™ products, and logistics. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations, tracking account performance, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and operations to support client campaigns and launches. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, monitoring key metrics, and providing regular status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
